Not aggressive. Do not hire
After 4 years, I was asked stop pay court fees upfront before continue service. $5000. I was not prepared for this and was forced to settle case. Andy aid himself first a sum of 11,250. Then offered me 2,195 for future care. When I told him that's not what we discussed, he said that what he was givin...

Replied last September 07, 2017We are sincerely saddened by your review. Facts are your case had issues with gaps in care and treating almost exclusively with chiropractic care to the tune of $15,000 in medical bills. Our office communicated with you of the importance of seeking help besides chiro care but you chose all these chiro's yourself which as expected the insurer had issues with. Nonetheless, we got you $25,000 from a pre litigation offer of $12,000. We did not force you to accept the offer you voluntarily chose to accept the offer at the MSC which was just 1 day b/f trial. We believe the results were outstanding. However, as you treated with your own doctors it was very difficult to negotiate these doctors/chiros lien reductions. We wish you the best.
