I was on the board of our HOA for our beautiful newly built condo complex. Early on, we discovered a sound transmission problem - people walking on the hardwood floors were easily heard by the people below. The board interviewed several lawyers. We picked Amie. We were extremely pleased with the outc...ome. Sound transmission was not a claim covered by the insurance purchased by the developer. Nevertheless, we got a pretty good settlement out of the insurance company - thanks to Amie. She is very bright, very personable as well as tough and knows her area of the law extremely well. Thankfully, we did not have to witness her trial skills as she was able to get the case settled at mediation. Amie is excellent.
