Aline Gaba earned her Juris Doctorate from the California Western School of Law in 2007, graduating with honors in the Health Law and Policy concentration. She is a member of the State Bar of California and is a certified rehabilitation counselor. Aline has extensive legal experience in the areas of civil litigation, personal injury and disability law. She has served as a law clerk for the Dept. of Justice, investigating Medi-Cal fraud and elder abuse. Aline is dedicated to helping disabled and injured people obtain social security benefits and helps her clients through all stages of the disability application process.

Excellent Lawyer...look no further if you need a great one!
I had a complicated remand case that was difficult from the beginning. After losing my hearing with another lawyer, Ms. Gaba was willing to take over and passionately fought for my case because she believed in it. I don't think I would have won my case with another lawyer.
