Biography
I am semi-retired but do take some cases, especially those headed to trial. I am currently based out of Arizona but travel to California frequently to handle cases. I am a twenty year veteran of the United States Marine Corps who has chosen law as my second career. I am a former prosecutor and I have extensive misdemeanor and felony trial experience. I have handled all types of cases from murder cases to traffic tickets and everything in between. I am NOT afraid of a challenge. I am known to be hard working, honest, professional with a wicked sence of humor. I fight hard for my clients. I recently tried a difficult felony domestic violence case in which I won not guitly verdicts on three of four of the charges. I also recently got kidnapping charges dismissed at preliminary hearing. In addition to the felony work I do, I also handle DUI's and traffic matters. As to any negative postings about me, I work hard to make my clients happy but sometimes there is only so much you can do. In instances where I have been informed of a problem I have sought quickly to rectify it and ensure my clients concerns are addressed.
