My name is Brian, and I work for a competing criminal defence lawfirm. I asked Judy to take care of a case for me without telling her I worked in the criminal field. I did not want my firm to know that I got into a bit of trouble. I am very critical about performance and communication, since I work ...for an A+ rated lawfirm and deal with over 30 attorneys. Due to the nature of this business, I expected the possibility of something hitting a snag. Often times it does, through no fault of the attorney. In this particular case, I was extremely pleased at not only her professionalism, but her results. She was able to wrangle a deal that our attorneys would not have been able to do because of her connections in the Vista court. I understand on some of these reviews that they seem to be mad. That is unfortunate for Judy, because people who don't get exactly what they want are often upset when their unrealistic outcome is not reached. Judy did a fabulous job in reducing my fines by over $1000 bucks and reducing 2 criminal charges to two infractions! I was enormously pleased since I understand what the penalties should have been. Bottom line is..... I have no reason to praise Judy while working for a competing lawfirm, other than she deserves it. She is an outstanding attorney with unusually good communication skills. Because of this experience, I believe some of these reviews are from disgruntled defendants who do not understand the process, and had unrealistic expectations of the outcome. I would not hesitate to have this attorney represent ANY criminal cases I might have in the future.

I hired Judy to represent me, I think that she did the worst possible job. 1st she missed my court date, which resulted in a warrent out for my arrest. Also didn't get my charges reduced in a dui case, which I had a very low BAC. Other people that I have talked to in my DUI classes have had up to a ....19 and had their charges reduced. I actually had the instructor, who deals with people with dui all day, suprised that it wasn't reduced. She didn't return my phone calls for weeks at a time.
