I came to ask for help understanding the next steps in my my divorce case since my lawyer was no help and I could not afford her anymore. This clerk from the beginning said I was wasiting my time being there and that I should just call my ex husband and his lawyer and fix our problems on the outside ...and not go through the court. He started yelling at me saying he’s been doing this for 20 years and he is the supervisor and knows everything preaching law instead of instructing me or show me my options and steps . He said I was playing some game with my ex husband that I shouldn’t be doing and just make a deal with the lawyer and stop waisting everyone’s time including his. That I have no right to fight for anything that I’m not in a wheelchair and I’m perfectly fine to pay my ex husbands fees. For one, i am a low income female, and i am not fighting for anything except for me not to pay money for my ex husband. This Clerk should one not have this job if this is his way of “helping “ people in the court
