Worst ever!

“Keep looking” Your comment is so true! I couldn’t have said it better. I can’t believe she actually had a law degree. Did she pass the bar? her assistant is abrasive and both are very unprofessional!

What a grump. Not friendly or personable and quite frankly rude. No passion in actually helping. Find someone else

Forget this one

No comunication from this office! Did not show any real interest in my case after I paid a retainer. Had to find another attorney who stay in contact with me.

Failed to relay "important" info in more ways than one!

Never met Patricia until 15 mins before court, often she was misinformed. Assoc. Atty. decided what was important info and what was not, went round and and and trying to convince Assoc. what went on in court because Patricia wasn't prepared Opposing Counsel controlled our Court Dates. Patricia fo...rgot to tell AA, she was too busy with other appearances and had opposing counsel write up final stipulation... of course she left out the one thing we negotiated that day in my best interest.... I've been fighting for it since! Lost my house and primary physical daughter and I do not drink or take drugs!Patricia was also representing the woman my was having an affair with and said "it was NOT a conflict of interest"! It was when I wanted to simply talk to her about my divorce. She firstly, had AA deny the affair was not happening then Patricia could not talk to me when I mentioned her name!!! I repeatedly asked to get outside intervention, they said they did not need it...clearly real estate and disabilities are not their forte communication between themselves should be.

Simply stated, this firm failed my best interest in key areas of our settlement negotiation. Not because the firm was out-negotiated, but failed to "truly" have my best interest in mind. This felt like a judicial process the firm had been through a million times and I was just another person in the... firms turnstyle. I never felt this firm cared about me, my case or its outcome. My "Assistant Attorney" is grumpy and impossible to connect with and consistently demonstrated poor bedside manner. Firm invoices clients 15 minutes for telephone messages so if I missed the call, I now pay twice to talk about the issue. Also note that when I return docs after proofing, I also pay for the firm's paraleagal to correct the firms mistakes, and there were far to many. I will note that this firm's invoice process is flawless, you will always recieve your jaw dropping invoices in a timely fashion.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
