I had a felony charge that we decided to take to trial. All through the process he fought hard for me at every angle. He works really hard and knows his stuff. Me having priors for the same charge as well as being on felony probation didn't make things any easier for him, but he noticed something tha...t for sure many other lawyers would have missed. I even admitted to the officers my guilt when getting arrested, but prior to that my Miranda rights were violated. I hadn't remembered or recognized that, but it wouldn't be by most civilians in that situation either. Mr. Perla directed me through the whole process over months and in the end not only did the case get washed, but I got my probation time reduced. I know another person who was facing felony charges and through Mr. Perla he now has a lawsuit against the CHP for misconduct. I would recommend Perla 100%. I have had fancy expensive lawyers fight for me before and hands down Perla outperformed them in all aspects.
