⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I am incredibly grateful for Hector Perla and everything he did for me across three separate cases. The first case stemmed from an arrest over Labor Day weekend. Law enforcement entered and searched my apartment without proper legal grounds. Hector immediately recognized the constitutiona...l violation and pushed on it. The body camera footage played a major role, and because of that, the case was ultimately dismissed. That outcome made a huge difference in my life. The second and third cases were tied to what should have been a family custody matter but were instead pursued as criminal charges. It was a very stressful situation, especially having something like that escalated the way it was. Both of those cases went to trial twice. The first trial resulted in a hung jury, and although the second trial ended in a guilty verdict, I never once felt like Hector didn’t give it his absolute best. He was prepared, strategic, and advocated for me every step of the way. One thing that stood out was how he carried himself in court. He was confident, professional, and not afraid to challenge law enforcement when needed. He truly approached my case like a strong, experienced attorney which I believe made a HUGE impact on the jury in the first trial. The second jury was just all around harder. For the second trial, he even brought in additional support to make sure every angle was covered. That showed how much he genuinely cared about doing the best possible job, especially given how complex and high-pressure everything was and would continue to impact my family court case. Even though not every outcome was what I hoped for, I can honestly say Mr. Perla fought hard for me in all three cases. I felt supported and properly defended throughout the entire process. I hope I never need a public defender again, but if I did, I would absolutely want Hector Perla on my side. If you ever find yourself in that position, you should be hoping you get him.

I had a felony charge that we decided to take to trial. All through the process he fought hard for me at every angle. He works really hard and knows his stuff. Me having priors for the same charge as well as being on felony probation didn't make things any easier for him, but he noticed something tha...t for sure many other lawyers would have missed. I even admitted to the officers my guilt when getting arrested, but prior to that my Miranda rights were violated. I hadn't remembered or recognized that, but it wouldn't be by most civilians in that situation either. Mr. Perla directed me through the whole process over months and in the end not only did the case get washed, but I got my probation time reduced. I know another person who was facing felony charges and through Mr. Perla he now has a lawsuit against the CHP for misconduct. I would recommend Perla 100%. I have had fancy expensive lawyers fight for me before and hands down Perla outperformed them in all aspects. He is in constant communication, even on weekends and in the evening he is still at his office. The overall rating is excellent 5/5 stars. Thank you Hector!
