About Dennis
Biography
Dennis Pearce Kelly is a native of Michigan, where he was raised and educated. He attended Kalamazoo College (majoring in Zoology) and the University of Michigan Law School, receiving his Juris Doctorate degree in 1968.
Dennis then served then four years as an officer in the Navy Judge Advocate General's Corps. His active duty included service as prosecutor, defense lawyer, and ultimately as a Military Judge for Courts-Martial.
A Golden State resident for many years, Dennis' first law office was in San Marcos, California. He now maintains his offices at Lake San Marcos.
His children are grown. He and Elizabeth boast of hobbies as diverse as bird watching and ballroom dancing. They are very active in their Church (being Anglicans), where Dennis is an ordained Anglican Priest.
Attorney Kelly has developed a reputation for his expertise in the areas of Wills, Trusts, and Estate Planning. He has spoken frequently at public meetings on these subjects.

Living Trusts
I have worked with Dennis on two different Family Trusts. In each case he explained the issues thoroughly and made me feel comfortable with the mechanics of Trust management and distribution. Both trusts closed in a timely manner, without incident. He is honest, direct and affordable.
