Mr. Rodriguez was an incredible help to me back in 2015. He and his staff had the professionalism and patience to take care of me until the end. I was one of those clients that called with questions a lot. It frustrated me that I had no idea what was going on. His assistant Giselle understood my frus...tration and explained things to me very kindly. I realized towards the end that they all knew what they were doing and that I hired a lawyer for that same reason. I definitely recommend Mr. Rodriguez to any injured worker!

Mr. Rodriguez and his staff go out of their way to ignore your requests for information on the status of your case. He and his staff are rude and unprofessional. Will not return phone calls or emails. After three years of prolonged negotiation with insurance companies, not of which I was kept in...formed of, my case settled. He still has not filed satisfaction of judgment with the court which continues to give me problems these years later. Never hired Mr. Rodriguez. Was forwarded to him when my original workers comp attorney had to close his practice after receiving a judgeship.

Spoke to Rocio she was short and seems she has no clue as to what she's talking about. She doesn't know how to answer questions. I have known Manuel for years back when he had a reliable and actually new what she was doing secretaty / do it all ....... she responded and was always polite. I left Man...uel a message knowing he could not take my case I still let Rocio know I trust Manuel's opinion and I needed legal advice from someone I could trust. She said she would not give him the message because he had already said he would not take my case. I tried to make her understand that I have known Manuel for years but she didn't even care to hear me out. Even though I hace sent many peiple to him including my daughter to date. I will not be calling him back I blame him for horrible service for hiring unreliable lazy help.
