My husband and I worked our whole lives. We are responsible, dedicated, focused, simple people. We saved enough money to buy a house, then the housing market crashed. We lost all the money we put into the home. Then I was diagnosed with cancer and my husband was laid off. We were struggling to s...urvive. We reached out to Jeffrey Schreiber to ask him some questions. A friend had recommended him so we looked at his website, then called. He spent over an hour on the phone with us answering our questions, then asking us some as well. There was no pressure, just kindness. We weren't ready to file for Bankruptcy the first time we talked, then a year went by and our situation didn't get better...we were drowning and feared we would lose our home if we didn't do something about it. We called Mr. Schreiber again and once again, he stayed on the phone with us for as long as we needed. Quite frankly, we were embarrassed. We felt ashamed. He explained that filing didn't mean we were bad people, it was there to give us a fresh start. There would be consequences, but it would help us build our lives back up again. So we gathered our information and began the process. Jeffrey Schreiber walked us through everything. He was patient and re-assuring. He was organized. We were nervous and scared. He took the time to explain everything to ease some of our trepidation. The day of the hearing, we sat in the lobby awaiting our hearing and four other lawyers from other law firms walked in (representing multiple clients each) looking frazzled and crazed, with papers and files all over the place. Jeffrey Schreiber was representing us, and only us. He didn't have 3 other clients. He was there for us. He was ready. He was on-time. He was presentable and calm which in turn, calmed us. Since filing our Chapter 7 and having it processed and finished, we have moved onto a better life. We don't live with fear and anxiety. Things still come up, like a letter here or a notice there, and we call Mr. Schreiber to let him know about it. He handles those letters too. He handles the whole proceedings of a Bankruptcy from beginning to end. He's a good guy. It's really hard to mentally go through something like a Bankruptcy and he made it better. He made the situation easier to live with. I can't thank him enough. And I can't put into words how much better our life has become. They say with a Bankruptcy you get a "fresh start" and I honestly couldn't agree more. Mr. Schreiber is a good guy. He's got compassion and a heart...and he's a lawyer. It doesn't get much better than that.

Jeffrey Schreiber is the best lawyer I have ever met. He is trustworthy, responsive, Knowledgeable and kept me informed on what is going on and what I have to do and say. I am so lucky to have found him on line. I was very nervous about everything. He calmed me down and there were no secrets about... what I should expect. He is unusual. So lucky I met him. I am blessed. If I need any more law work done, I will only use him.

In the 40+ years that I have been dealing with attorneys on various matters, I have never encountered anyone so unresponsive and disrespectful. He missed his self-imposed deadlines on multiple occasions and took nearly six months to produce a draft. I immediately wrote back with some suggested corr...ections and several questions. He never responded to that email. I have left him at least 10 voicemail messages asking him to PLEASE respond. He has failed to do so, which I regard as not only unprofessional but highly discourteous.
