HORRIBLE HORRIBLE ATTORNEY

I retained Craig Gross in a rather large probate matter. He did a horrible job. If you want an attorney who won't return calls and acts grandiose this is your guy. He made several promises which he never kept. Just before trial, he flaked out. He became buddy-buddy with opposing counsel who ran circl...es around him... The court assessed thousands and thousands of dollars in sanctions because of his shoddy work. He looked real sloppy in court... His suit look like he bought it at a yard sale. Very very very very disappointed with him and I'm still seething about his very poor representation

Complicated Probate/Special Needs Trust Collaboration

Probate is expensive. There’s lots of paperwork, phone calls, collaboration with other professionals, court filings, just expect this. Having represented myself as a petitioner in 2012 for a complicated Limited Conservervator of person, i had already laid most of the ground work...however finding an ...ethical professional to help me in 2017 was no easy task. Mr Gross agreed to take my case to help my family help our loved one who was in dire need... He doesn’t always email me or call me back, but i know i can be a little too much sometimes! And i do understand that i am not his only client. I have been pleased with the office, the strong coffee, the parking, and the amazing fish tanks in the lobby are so breathtaking. So far so good with my experience. I am reluctant to believe anyone who says they had a bad experience with this attorney, because as far as i have experienced, he has been the voice of reason and has come up with a path to achieve success of a special needs trust to protect my loved one from nefarious individuals. Very happy

Absolutely a HORRIBLE attorney

I would NEVER use this attorney again. He represented me in a rather large probate matter awhile ago. I am still seething about it. He would NEVER return my phonecalls, or be "available" when I called. (Finally I just gave up). When I wanted to complain to his supervisor, he would intercept the ...complaints. The opposing counsel walked all over this guy like a dirty sidewalk. I was embarrassed to be seen with this attorney in court. He looked terrible...the opposing side racked up over $10,000 in sanctions against us, due to this guys incompetence. I would avoid this guy like the plague.
