I was referred to and spoke to the attorney over a month ago as well as had a conference call with an expert I provided him and sent additional information he requested to consider taking my case on a contingent fee basis I did not hear back from him for a month even though I called texted and ema...iled him to follow up many times as he was aware I had an eminent trial deadline in my case When he did eventually respond he said he does not take contingent fee cases even though he said initially he would consider taking my case on a contingent fee basis
