Dorothy Ann Cole

Dorothy Ann Cole was to administer the legal aspects of a trust for our family. She didn't do anything we hired her to do nor do anything she said she would do. By law, certain filings/mailings were to be done in a timely manner. None of the work was done and the deadlines expired. She would not resp...ond to any of our communications (e-mail nor phone calls) even after meeting with her to begin carrying out the trust for which she helped write decades ago. We had to fire her.

Dorothy Cole was hired almost 4 years ago to guide my brother as to how to administer and dissolve two Trusts my parents left for my brother and I which should have taken only 6 months to a year to complete. Instead she has dragged out the process only to her benefit by reaching the limit on how man...y continuances an attorney is allowed for this process. She never delivers on time, does not proactively provide itemized bills for which she's billing inexplicable hours, and confuses everyone (including the judge) with whatever it is she's trying to communicate.
