How can you say... took an issue to David, he wrote a set of claims, and closed the mediation without our agreement. Not a single point of the agreement matched the claims he wrote in the lawsuit. Beware: If you hire this guy, he will give you a "DISCOUNT" if you contest any of his work, he wi...ll cancel the discount if you refuse to pay on time, due to a dispute. His contract (He's a lawyer, right?) his contract allows him to cancel discounts if you're late pay, for any reason. This causes you to not enter mediation or Arbitration.
