I reached out to Mr. Skola for an issue regarding outdated CC'R's in my community after recently moving in. I also sent the same inquiry to 3 or 4 other attorney's on Avvo, and Mr. Skola was the only one who responded.
Mr. Skola was pretty detailed in his replies, and even reviewed our CC'R's providing an honest opinion at the end.
This was all done at no charge to us, and how can you beat that?
This is not a review to send people to Mr. Skola expecting free services, but a testament to a real professional willing to help someone out when it did not involve money being paid to him or his firm. This was a pretty simple issue, but typically you will expect to pay for any attorney's time no matter how "simple" the issue is.
In return, he'll probably get our business in the future for a long haul. If you are looking for an attorney, give Mr. Skola a chance with your business.
Douglas Flaherty, Construction and development Attorney
Relationship: Opposing Counsel on matter
Mr. Skola is a skilled and knowledgeable litigator, but also handled a vigorous dispute with professionalism and class that many lawyers unfortunately lack. I respect the excellent job he did for his client.
Michael Doland, Business Attorney
Relationship: Fellow lawyer in community
Mr. Skola and I are in similar fields and so I am in a good position to evaluate his Avvo postings. There are consistently accurate, analytic and customized to the needs of the Avvo askers. These are the exact qualities that any prospective client would want when looking for an attorney. It is now 2016 and I feel compelled to update my endorsement. The answer of Mr. Skola I just reviewed stands out as one of the most comprehensive and customized answers I have ever seen on Avvo.
