Biography
I provide my California clients with peace of mind through comprehensive and personalized estate planning services. This includes the drafting of living trusts, wills, powers of attorney, advance health care directives and other important estate planning documents. I also assist Successor Trustees who have taken over the administration of a trust due to death, resignation or incapacity. This can be a difficult task full of hidden issues and we help our clients navigate through the process. Finally, when there was a failure to plan or when problems arise, we assist clients with probate proceedings.
