I spoke to several attorneys in San Diego and North County and I came across Susan Stricklin. While speaking with Susan I almost forgot I was speaking with an attorney because she was not only patience and listened to every word I had to say, but she also took the time to educate me on the process a...nd walked me through it step by step. I was NOT paid for this review, rather, I felt compel to share my interaction with Susan and if I can help one person dealing with co-owner on a real estate property and not want to continue to hold title on the property, reach out to Susan and see how great she is. Her goal was to try to keep a good relationship with my brother and avoid going to court by putting a little scare by sending him letters with timelines. She warned him and convince him to sell the house without going to a judge. This saved me thousands of dollars. She is highly competent, professional, returns your calls & emails within 24 hours. And ultimately gets her clients to the finish line with the highest results. Very highly recommended. Thank you Susan for your helping hand and resolving the issue without going to court! Very knowledgeable and easy to work with!

When my mother passed away in 2016, I searched online and found Susan myself, and then contacted her for help with my mother's estate. At the time, I was traveling internationally for work. When I returned home and met with Susan, to my surprise, I found out that she was already my parents' estate at...torney and had written up both of their wills (my parents rarely spoke of these matters). Now, I'm not a religious person, but this odd coincidence did sort of feel like divine intervention. During the past several years since, the advice of Susan and her team has proven crucial as I've negotiated the many challenges and complexities involved with the eventual passing of both my parents. I can't imagine going through these transitions without Susan. When my father passed a year ago, I found myself embroiled in a tsunami of all sorts of issues. Today, everything is perfectly on track. Susan is not only extremely knowledgeable with regard to estate and family law, she also anticipates and strategizes for possible future changes to the law. Now that my parents are gone, I've entrusted Susan and her team with my own family's estate plan, and I just hope that they continue to be a positive force in the community for decades to come.

Approachable and diligent team!
