SAVED MY LIFE !!!

I had a criminal case and Ramona helped me out a lot. She stuck with me 100%. She was very understanding and at the end she got my case entirely dismissed. Thank God that God put her on this earth to save me. I very highly recommend this attorney.

A COMPASSIONATE ATTORNEY!!

I was referred to Ramona, and was told that she was dependable, that was an understatement. She is representing my daughter in a precedent setting civil suit against her molester! From the beginning, Ramona has handled my daughter with such care and love, as if she were her own. This has been a horribly trying time for my family, but anytime I need to talk, or need anything, Ramona's right there for me, day or night! The day that the pedophile was wrongfully acquitted in the criminal courts, Ramona was the first person I thought to call. Not because she's my attorney, but because she has become my friend. I can never thank her enough, and no matter the reult of the civil suit, I know with all my heart and soul that Ramona did everything she could. Very professional and great work ethic

Ramona did an excellent job for what was needed in my case. She is extremely methodical and very detailed oriented in her duties. I do not really understand why someone has placed a negative review on her on this site, she did a great job for me. She was able to successfully get a lawsuit dismissed for me. I would utilize her services again, if I was ever in need. She is very professional.

Could not ask for a better lawyer!

Ramona did everything you could want out of a lawyer in my Dui case. I was a passenger in a rollover. The female driving was obviously drunk. Ramona was right on top of things from the get go! She was as knowledgeable, trustworthy, responsive more than an other lawyer I have dealt with in my life! She kept me informed of everything that was going in as soon as she got information. Not only that, she got me the money I was asking for from the driver's ins and in a very SHORT period of time! Now she is helping me to try and get restitution to boot! I would recommend her to anyone. She is more than worth every penny!

Worked a miracle for me

Ramona dealt with my legal issue with simplicity and discretion. I was absolutely shocked that she got my case completely dismissed when I was completely in the wrong. She was relaxed and simply had a pre-hearing discussion with the Prosecutor on the case and somehow managed to get me off the hook. I don't know what she said but wish I had been able to overhear that conversation. This lawyer has been around the block and knows her stuff, knows the courts and knows how to deal with the personalities in the legal system. You can definitely trust her to do right by you.

Professional, Knowledgeable, Astute, Dynamic!

Ms. Hallam took my case- even though it was an unusual case. Her attitude was inspiring; she explained the pending actions so that I was able to understand the process, proceeded with the legal actions and resolved the situation quickly. A settlement was accepted by me sooner than I would have imagined possible- in a very fair amount.

Awesome Lawyer - I will definately use her again if I get into trouble

This lawyer is the hardest working lawyer in San Diego. I was treated fairly and she really knows what she is doing. She is a straight shooter and will tell you exactly what is happening with the case and work to get your case taken care of. I would not hesitate to use her again or to recommend. Fantastic. worst attorney for family law

I used Ramona for almost two years in a divorce case that should have lasted six months. I would have done better going pro per on my own. She omitted things from my file and did not return calls. Does NOT know about family law. She has been sued at least once from one of her peers and after sharing my file with a retired judge, we are filing a complaint with the State Bar. She has no ethics and I hope that the bar concludes that she is unfit to practice law. I wish someone had told me this months ago. It has been a nightmare that could have been avoided. Good luck in your search for a reputable attorney, I am sure there are many out there. Ramona is not one of them.

Unfortunately, the court found that this woman forged a real estate document she offered to the court during trial. She should have known better as she was a real estate agent. The court found this act of dishonesty "reprehensible." She was simply not credible. I never dreamed she would lie under oath. This is not my fault. I do not know how all of this calculates to me having no ethics. We attorneys are bound by the laws of confidentiality, so I really cannot say more except that every allegation she raises against me is as dishonest and/or misleading as the Court already found her to be. As an additional note, with attorneys forced to keep client communications confidential, it is very unfair that AVVO allows clients to bash us when we cannot defend ourselves with true facts. This produces a one-sided forum for slander unless we choose to sue our clients.
