Mehran David Alaei

Mehran Alaei was born and raised in Mobile, Alabama.  Growing up in the south, he was actively involved with the sports community since the age of 6 and has played every competitive sport from football to cross-country running to swimming. 

From 1991-1995, Mr. Alaei was an All-State swimmer and held state records in the 100 yard Backstroke, 200 yard Backtroke, 200 yard Individual Medley, 400 yard Individual Medley, and the 400 yard Medley Relay.  Mr. Alaei was also elected Head Swim Coach of the Year for three consecutive years and was honored with the Most Spirited Team for two consecutive years.  

During college, Mr. Alaei continued to excel in swimming and was on the National Champion Auburn Tigers Swim Team.  He also was actively involved in coaching at local high schools and the Auburn Master's Swim Team.  Mr. Alaei was also on the Varsity Water Polo Team.  Mr. Alaei also went on to graduate with two Bachelor Degrees in Finance and Psychology. 

Thereafter, Mr. Alaei worked as a Business Manager Accountant at the largest private corporation in the world, Milliken and Company.  After three wonderful years at Millken, Mr. Alaei moved back to his hometown and began to practice as a Commercial Real Estate Broker.  After moving to California in 2006, Mr. Alaei worked at US Bank and La Jolla Bank as a Branch Manager and Credit Anaylst. 

After purchasing a Condominium that fell into a large Construction Defect Litigation (Villa Vicenza HOA v. Nobel Court Development, LLC), Mr. Alaei applied for law school and attended California Western School of Law.  Mr. Alaei obtained his California Bar License in 2012 and has since been successful in representing numerous clients in many different practice areas including but not limited to Real Estate Transactions, HOA law, Construction Defects, Contract disputes, Lot disputes, and Corporate/Business law.
