For two years beginning in July, 2012, our next-door neighbor consistently blew piles of leaves onto our driveway (we share a zero lot line). No attempts by my wife and I to get our “neighbor” to cease and desist were successful: discussions turned to arguments. Calls to the police were ineffective, as dumping detritus on another's property is, “A civil matter, not a criminal violation.” Pleas for Restraining Orders were denied; two judges failed to find our “neighbor's” actions were sufficient to justify a Restraining Order.
Fortunately, a mutual friend referred me to Jim Schnieders. Jim studied the file of paperwork and photos and agreed to take our case.
Happy endings are not restricted to films, childrens' books and some TV shows. Through the litigation process and discovery, Jim gained leverage to negotiate favorable compensation for my damages. Further, my wife and I are no longer subject to our “neighbor's” sport of dumping detritus onto our property.
Throughout this ordeal, Jim offered wise and temperate counsel, was always available for a meeting or phone call and was prompt in returning those calls.
I would recommend Jim's knowledge and services to anyone who is experiencing the type of domestic disruption which my wife and I had to endure, prior to my introduction to Jim. To be harassed in one's own home is simply unacceptable. To obtain the services of one who can right such a situation is of great value indeed. Thank you, Jim.

My company encountered a dispute with a customer regarding an outstanding invoice. The customer was upset and required an immediate response. I contacted Jim in the morning and within 30 minutes he had analyzed both the legal and business issues at hand and prepared correspondence that perfectly represented our position and protected our interests. I will definitely use his services again.
