So, I have had the privilege of having Caroline Zinns to represent me with my workmans comp case on two occasions. Admittedly, I was a little reluctant to involve an attorney as I love my job and have the highest respect for my superiors including the HR Department which is managed by a a highly qual...ified professional that is not only knowledgeable but also approachable and personable. Having said that, when I realized that despite my relationship to my company, I needed to become my own advocate after being denied a MRI after a couple of requests by my physician. Attorney Caroline Zinns never made me feel uncomfortable; as she clarified that I wasn't out of line by hiring someone who knows the laws regarding workmans comp. She got right to work and in a short period of time, I was approved for a MRI which proved that I truly was injured. Going forward, she managed my case and protected my rights as she kept a close eye on the insurance company making certain that everyone stayed in compliance to the existing laws. Caroline helped me with a "workman's compensation" issue that was 4 years old. The insurance company was trying to take advantage of my naivety regarding my severe injury on the job and, things just didn't seem right. Instinct told me to hire a lawyer and I'm SO VERY THANKFUL I did!! Caroline is k...nowledgeable and tough! Her advice was dead on at every turn! I've read some reviews saying they thought Caroline spoke to them disrespectfully. I never experienced that myself at any time. Caroline can be short and, to the point but, it takes some pretty thin skin to let that get in the way of the outcome of your ordeal. In the end, I received 3.5 times what the insurance company was offering me and for that, a little "let's get to the point", didn't hurt my feelings at all!!!!!! Caroline Zinns took my case after 3 years into my claim that I had been handling on my own behalf. Ms. Zinns was very knowledgeable about my workers' compensation claim and worked on this case for approximately 7 years to a very favorable settlement. It should be noted that my employer denied my clai...m from the get go. However, Ms. Zinns held firm with out settlement plan to its conclusion. When it came to appear in the W/C court, Ms. Zinns was at each hearing, prepared to go forward in a court hearing, which caused my employer attorneys to request for additional time to consider my claim, and over time obtained the settlement in my claim.

Ms Zinns inherited my case from another attorney who left to do another career, so it was kind of a thankless case, especially because the predecessor was not as assertive on my behalf as he could have been, but she has been just as she describes herself, very fair and aggressive. She also gave me ve...ry helpful information when I asked her for a referral for a friend for a different law specialty, and she didn't need to do that. I would recommend her without reservation.
