Caroline was a pleasure to work with all things considered. She was patient and understanding with my speech limitations, put everything i needed to know in front of me, and made sure i understood what was going on without overstepping boundaries. The case was even resolved in quite the reasonable am...ount of time!

So, I have had the privilege of having Caroline Zinns to represent me with my workmans comp case on two occasions. Admittedly, I was a little reluctant to involve an attorney as I love my job and have the highest respect for my superiors including the HR Department which is managed by a a highly qual...ified professional that is not only knowledgeable but also approachable and personable. Having said that, when I realized that despite my relationship to my company, I needed to become my own advocate after being denied a MRI after a couple of requests by my physician. Attorney Caroline Zinns never made me feel uncomfortable; as she clarified that I wasn't out of line by hiring someone who knows the laws regarding workmans comp. She got right to work and in a short period of time, I was approved for a MRI which proved that I truly was injured. Going forward, she managed my case and protected my rights as she kept a close eye on the insurance company making certain that everyone stayed in compliance to the existing laws. This for anyone who reads reviews. First she does not do any follow-ups regarding the case, calls goes to answering machine then you wait (month) emails goes unanswered and the same goes to the text no answers. Even the Dr office can't get answer for questions regarding your case even before a schedu...led surgery so I would not recommend someone who is not active on your case cause you will have to do most of the case work.

I came to Caroline without reading reviews and without any experience in a workers comp case since this was my first. I called the first lawyer I saw on google. Which I regret. Caroline will rarely call you back and if she does she is very rude. She was my attorney for almost a year and I only spoke... to her a few times. She doesn't listen or care about what your saying. I had to get another Attorney to finish my case for me. I talked to my new attorney more in one week than I ever talked to Caroline and when I told her I was going to get a new Attorney she emailed me saying she would be putting a lien on my case for a hourly rate at $350. Which is illegal. This was the worst experience of my life. I urge you to never hire this attorney.
