The Law Offices of Michael Gaddis, APC is a law firm dedicated to helping distressed homeowners save their homes.  Helping distressed homeowners was a natural progression for Michael Gaddis who is also a California NMLS licensed mortgage broker.  In 2008 Michael Gaddis was busy assisting homeowners to refinance out of 2 and 3 year adjustable loans into 30 year fixed interest rate loans when lenders stopped stated income financing and 100% LTV financing.  Since Michael Gaddis understood the ramifications of the inability for these homeowners to refinance out of interest rates that were adjusting from 6 & 7% "teaser rates" to 8 to 10% adjustable rates Michael Gaddis began to approach the legal departments of the various lenders in an attempt to find a resolution for these homeowners.  Michael Gaddis has been helping homeowners ever since and now has successfully modified well over 1,500 home loans.  What makes Michael Gaddis so unique is his amicable relationships with most lenders.  These lenders respect Michael Gaddis' knowledge and ability to speak to them in their own "language", the language of underwriting and finance.  Michael Gaddis' philosophy is simple, learn the policies, procedures and underwriting guidelines of every lender and then hold them to their own rules.  Michael Gaddis is very proud of his accomplishments and posts many of his loan modifications in his "trophy case" on his website.  Michael Gaddis also negotiates short sales and settlements on delinquent junior liens.
