Biography
I focus on working with professional clients, including dental and medical professionals, as well as business owners and entrepreneurs. My practice offers a series of services tailored to the needs of these clients with an emphasis on business formation, asset protection, contracts drafting, and negotiating buy-sell agreements.
Additionally, my estate-planning expertise is designed to help clients achieve their personal goals while minimizing the tax consequences and other issues associated with the implementation of their estate plans. I provide assistance with drafting and executing estate-planning documents, addressing specific legal and non-legal personal estate-related concerns.
In sum, I offer comprehensive guidance that covers more than just drafting and implementing client documents. Each client relationship requires a unique solution and I believe that customized business and estate plans geared towards these specific solutions are important. However, these documents are more than just a list of wishes. As such, I consider myself to be more than just a legal guide in this process and I pride myself on taking premium care of my clients’ needs.
