Y’all, I was extremely skeptical about this bankruptcy thing through resolve. With everything being out of town from where I live and then having to talk to a bunch of different people every time. Then there was Jennifer, who confirmed all of my fears and reservations. From not returning phone calls ...to kicking the proverbial can down the road… Well, they fired her, great decision for the firm! Then comes Tegan! (Pronounced TAY-GAN) This rockstar of an attorney saved the day for myself and I’m sure multiple other clients! This chica literally works day and night to ensure all her T’s are crossed and I’s are dotted! She’s a straight shooter and will tell you exactly how the cow eats the cud! She won’t let you down though, if she says she will get back to you, you can carve it in stone! You can rest assured it will be her getting back to you, not someone she delegates it to also! If Resolve could clone her then they would be unstoppable! All this to say, Tegan, you’re the best! You absolutely saved the day for my family and I! You made this crappy ordeal look so flawlessly simple! Kudos to you and your team for taking care of accounts who were assigned to other people and still managing your other clients as well! I can’t thank y’all enough for everything!
