John Fred Sahhar

The Sahhar Law Firm was founded by John Sahhar in order to provide excellent legal services to accident and injury victims in the greater San Diego and Southern California areas.

My History:

I have been practicing personal injury law for 25 years and started the Sahhar Law Firm in order to provide expert legal services and representation to injured persons and their families.  The firm specializes in all personal injury matters, including traffic accidents involving automobiles, motorcycles, bicycles, pedestrians, and tractor trailers, wrongful death and catastrophic injury claims, construction and worksite injuries, product liability, dog bites, and general negligence claims.

My Approach:

Many lawyers and potential clients believe that the best attorney is the one who pounds his chest the hardest, yells the loudest, and practices with the most anger.  I disagree.  It is my belief, proven by my experience, that the best attorney is the one who knows the law, has a deep grasp of the facts of the case, and who educates and enlightens his clients.  Last, but certainly not least, the best attorney is the one who steps into his client’s shoes, who bonds with his client, and who comes to know who his client is and and the story his client presents. 

If you become my client, I promise to you that I will educate and explain to you, in the most straight forward manner possible, all aspects of your legal situation and provide the in-depth-guidance and direction necessary to obtain, under the circumstances of your case, a successful and complete resolution of your claim.  You will have total access to me.  Each of my clients gets my cell phone number.  I will personally handle your case.

The Sahhar Law Firm is a small firm by design.  I do not advertise.  I am not on bus benches, billboards, shopping carts, radio, television, print media, etc.  I am not a mill.  Rather, I accept only as many clients as I can personally serve.  My goal and desire is to provide unparalleled legal service to good people in difficult situations.

My clients primarily come from the coastal communities of North County San Diego County, including Del Mar, Solana Beach, Cardiff, Encinitas, Leucadia, Carlsbad, and Oceanside. However, I also have clients from throughout San Diego, Orange and Los Angeles counties.
