I Highly Recommend Gregory Duncan...

I did my bankruptcy with the Law Offices of Gregory Duncan. My experience was excellent. He explained the laws in terms that I could understand. He charged a fair rate, lower than other lawyers that I looked into using. He was kind, efficient, and got me the clean fresh start that I needed! I would r...ecommend this office to anyone!

Professional and Competent

I have worked with attorney Greg Duncan over the years on numberous cases. He is extremely competent and knowledgable and very easy to work with. Greg was extremely professional with my case. He treated me with respect and took care of all the details in a timely manner. I would definitely give Greg a call should other legal issues arise. I also recommended his services to friends and family.

Bankruptcy

I recently had to file a Chapter 7 Bankruptcy for my elderly father in his 80's. He seldom leaves his house due to severe Osteoporosis and I was concerned about the time involved to get through the court appointment. Attorney Greg Duncan had efficiently handled the case so that my father would be tak...en care of right away. Attorney Greg Duncan took care of my father's case in a very professional and timely manner and I would highly recommend his services. Also, his fees were very reasonable.
