I am so glad I came to Gregory Duncan. My husband and I had previously contacted a different attorney who wasn't much help and took her time starting my permanent residency process. We decided to come to Mr. Duncan due to his excellent online reviews. He personally returned our calls almost immedia...tely and was more than happy to answer any and ALL our questions before deciding. I am truly thankful to have found him, as he made this long tedious process very easy and manageable for us. He is very meticulous, organized, knowledgable, extremely polite, and personable. He will make himself available if need be and his rates are reasonable and fair. we payed for his service throughout my permanent residency process, meaning after he successfully completed a certain part of the process and filed documents we would pay him for that part only until the next set of documents were completed. He did not demand full upfront payment to assure us that the documentation submitted would be correct and his services would be successful. I would email him because I was nervous about the time frames and status during the whole process and he would calmly give me accurate explanations to my whys, whens, and hows. Greg is a great attorney! I've used him for probate and recently bankruptcy. He's very professional but yet personable. His rates are great and he does all the hard stuff for you!
