I was the executor of the will of my longtime companion. We never married which became an immediate problem when I tried to obtain copies of the death certificate and transfer ownership of property. Mr. Duncan's office was right around the corner from my house which was fortunate for me. It took h...im time to convince the City of San Diego to honor my companion's requests in his last will, but he got it done. I have never had the patience to work with that bureaucracy. I guess he has done it so many times that he knew where to go.
