All documents she wrote were clear and concise including but not limited to the formal answers to the Complaints, the Discovery documents, all her communications with the plaintiff's attorneys, and she prepared an extremely well written Motion for Summary Judgement. Diane is great! She is very knowledgeable and with her experience she is able to give excellent advice. In my situation she was able to explain the pros and cons of each decision that needed to be made. Although my case lasted longer than what we expected, she aggressively worked to accomplish our... goals. She was very understanding with my situation and she was very reasonable with her fees compared to other attorneys.
