Biography
I have been practicing in the San Diego legal community since 1986. I focus solely in the areas of bankruptcy and debt related matters. I represent both individuals and businesses in all forms of bankruptcy filings, including Chapter 7, Chapter 11 and Chapter 13 cases. I also assist clients with debt resolution in the event that bankruptcy is not the best option.
I handle all aspects of bankruptcy representation, including adversary proceedings, relief from stay motions and preference actions. I represent both debtors and creditors in these matters.
Through consultation, we will determine together which course of action best suits your needs. I will meet with you personally and handle every aspect of your case, from initial consultation through resolution.
I have been certified as a Bankruptcy Specialist by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization since 1998. I am one of only thirteen lawyers in San Diego County who are Certified Specialists in Bankruptcy. Also, I have received the highest peer review rating (AV) from Martindale-Hubbell, an organization which rates attorneys based on their professional knowledge and ethical standards.
