Excellent Attorney

Deborah is a really outstanding attorney! She listened to my situation and immediately recognized that I needed a more specialized attorney. She connected me with a fantastic attorney that provided exactly the information I needed to help me resolve my situation.

Terrific attorney

I've had issues with tenants two times in the last 7-8 years, and was able to resolve them with Deborah's help. I've always appreciated Deborah's dedication to us as clients, and her willingness to work hard to get these matters resolved. Would highly recommend her to anyone needing an attorney.

Not what I expect

I caled this lady for advice about my situation, however, instead of Looking for potential reasons to sue our landlord for discrimination, she disencourage us to continue fighting for our rights as a tenants, she was very dismissive and careless, of course I did not hire her.

Without this person providing a name, I can't recall the circumstances of this conversation. However, it sounds as though I may have informed this person that they had a weak argument for discrimination and they did not like my answer. As an attorney, I do not look for potential reasons to sue landlords - the reasons are either in existence, based on the facts, or they are not.

Great lawyer

After reading Deborah's reviews here I called her in a panic. I had a bad tenant situation and needed to file an Unlawful Detainer. She was totally helpful over the phone and suggested I come down in 1/2 hr and we could fill out the unlawful detainer. She will make you feel comfortable, she will expl...ain everything to you in terms you can understand, and since she knew I was a senior on a limited budget she was happy to help me in whatever ways I needed and I could do the footwork like filing the papers in the courthouse etc. Her husband Ken, is a process server and he did a stellar job managing to get my difficult tenants served. I can highly recommend Deborah Bayus in a tenant/landlord situation. She knows the ins and outs of a tricky legal journey thru the Unlawful Detainer process. She was kind and put up with my many questions and was very prompt with her email responses. Her prices are very fair. If you're reading this review trying to figure out who to call and what to do like I was, don't look any longer, call Deborah and she will help you get through a difficult situation.

Outstanding experience!

My family and I have used the services of Ms. Bayus to help us resolve several legal matters including landlord/tenant and trust matters. She has used her extensive knowledge of the law and research skills to tenaciously work toward an equitable resolution in each of these cases.
