After reading Deborah's reviews here I called her in a panic. I had a bad tenant situation and needed to file an Unlawful Detainer. She was totally helpful over the phone and suggested I come down in 1/2 hr and we could fill out the unlawful detainer. She will make you feel comfortable, she will expl...ain everything to you in terms you can understand, and since she knew I was a senior on a limited budget she was happy to help me in whatever ways I needed and I could do the footwork like filing the papers in the courthouse etc. Her husband Ken, is a process server and he did a stellar job managing to get my difficult tenants served. I can highly recommend Deborah Bayus in a tenant/landlord situation. She knows the ins and outs of a tricky legal journey thru the Unlawful Detainer process. She was kind and put up with my many questions and was very prompt with her email responses. Her prices are very fair. If you're reading this review trying to figure out who to call and what to do like I was, don't look any longer, call Deborah and she will help you get through a difficult situation.

I have been managing property for over 26 years and felt I needed legal advice on my many properties. I hired Deborah Bayus to process an eviction on one of my properties and also to help with the changing laws regarding leases. I was so impressed with her. She was able to put me a ease regarding... a very stressful eviction. I can recommend her to anyone going through the process. Ms. Bayus was prompt in response to any of my concerns. She guided me with the accuracy that is needed for the process. Her fees were very fair and never deviated from her stated cost. I can highly recommend her for any legal services that one may need in negotiating through the court system. As stated, she is very professional.

As landlords, my wife and I learned the hard way in regards to rent collection. Tenants can turn their backs on you as soon as money gets tight. It happened to us in a major way. Six months later, back rent in the amount of $10000 and a rude attorney (his name need not be mentioned) with terr...ible people skills was supposedly in our corner. We were at our wits end. Debra Bayus comes on the scene. And what a breath of fresh air. She helped us though every step of the procedure of unlawful detainer. She was excellent and knew exactly what she was doing. I don't think we were the easiest clients. We were high maintenance and clingy. She did not charge us any extra money for the repeated phone calls. She was kind and personal and she brought us through. We got our home back and we will always be grateful to her.

Hired Mrs. Bayus when I realized that I was dealing with a con artist and expert tenant who knows the system from A-Z. The tenant was very illusive, never answers the door, etc ... In coordination with her Husband's who owns a Process Server company, Mrs Bayus was able to serve the tenant, filed the ...proper legal documents in court on time, and she was always there to answer any questions I had during this painful process ...and got my tenant evicted within short period of time and I strongly recommend Mrs Bayus to anyone who needs to evict a difficult tenant. In addition that her fees were very reasonable.
