Alexandra Riona McIntosh

I had reviewed Miss McIntosh on google recently and I feel the review was bad enough but then the response was worse. Virtually everything she said in her recent rebuttal was not true and I have proof of that. Please decide for yourself and ask yourself is this conisitent with my values do I want h...er representing me to the Courts on this most important issue. Choice is ours but I do wish I had seen this prior to making my decision. Miss McIntosh i'd like to examine your response to my initial review on your law firm. First you downplay your involvement as in passing. Second you claim not to know anyting about a child support issue and start a tangent on DCSS i've never etc. and 3 Referemce my significant criminal case and 4) how I missed an appointment with you. All four of these things I can refute and I can draw no other conclusion here other than you are dishonest, not credible and should not be representing people in Court. First the relationship -- I have attached a photo of an email thread that shows you and I traded copius amounts of emails on my case, in fact we structrued and entered into a new retainer agreement, we communicated on child support, and we met and spoke on my upcoming FCS meeting. All of this several month in after Jim went out on leave. Second you claim not to know anything about child support then try and divert the subject to DCSS when I never brought up that group. The reason you attempted that diversion was you knew full well there was child support issues many times we traded emails over it and the subject line in the email is Fisher Child Support. Clearly you had been made aware of a child support issue Miss McIntosh. Third, the claim I had a significant criminal matter pending is once again a mischaracterization of the facts. All told I plead guilty to two misdeamenors. I have successfully completed my summary probation and the matters have been expunged from my record. The child support issue you chose to ignore has gotten worse. Lastly you end the communication referencing how I missed our meeting. Yes once again a complete fabrication. I attached communication with your staff clearly showing I was present for our scheduled time and you were not.

An A+ in the family law field and someone I am thankful for this Thanksgiving. I met Alexandra in 2016 after having worked with 2 different attorneys who couldn’t deal straight on with the attorney my ex-wife had hired. Alexandra’s had to represent me numerous times in court and depositions and every time she painstakingly prepares and when the gavel goes down, she puts on her game face and gets the job done. I am forever grateful for all she has done for me, and my family and I don’t know where I’d be today without her guidance.

I had been to hell and back in a custody dispute over my son. I had a previous lawyer that used up my retainer doing nothing. Finding Alexandra was a miracle. She got me primary custody when everything seems against the odds. Was she mean? No. Did she give me GREAT advise? Yes. There were tim...es I was an emotional wreck and she had to be firm. She was right to do so. I am average middle class. She worked with me on my bill and allowed me to make payments, etc. I can't say enough about how amazing a human being she truly is. Thank you so much for saving my son's life and giving me piece of mind.

Going to Alexandra to assist with my divorce was a huge mistake. She made a very difficult time even more difficult. I have never been treated so poorly, especially by someone who was charging me an arm and a leg! Anytime I called, she and her assistant made it clear they were very busy and did not h...ave time for my questions. She would charge me for an hour to sit in her office while she was on the phone with other clients and working on other cases. When I mentioned that I was getting 20 minutes of her time instead of 60 she would get MEAN! She actually yelled at me on the phone & hung up. She charged me well over $5000 and quit my case. Now I understand why people hate lawyers! Mean! Vicious! Rude! She made me feel as if I had 2 lawyers working against me instead of just my exes.
