I interviewed two lawyers after fracturing my shoulder to help determine if I should pursue a personal injury claim. Professional, kind and reassuring was CB Hallen who took the case.  We met at his office, a beautiful location in Cardiff, and signed off to proceed.  The initial value Brad provided ...was a formal letter detailing what to expect during the process, and the timelines.  Brad will also accomodate virtual meetings, conveniently alleviating the commute to his office - although my preference was to interact directly.  The process is long with elements of vulnerability, however Brad always remained available to answer questions. He exudes patience, kindness, diligence, and is extremely knowledgeable in his field of expertise. This is very reassuring to those unfamiliar with the law surrounding personal injury issues.  The case settled with a favorable outcome.
