Roland J Haddad

I have known Roland for about ten years now. I have used him myself a few times as well as recommended him to everyone I know. I have quite a history and know the system well enough to know he is a miracle worker. The guy who gave the bad review is the washed up has been! You should have been so luck...y to have Roland represent you. I love this man without him I would have seen prison I haven't as of yet, call him there is no one else I would trust my freedom to.... My brother had 5 felonies and had just finished out a prison term of 9 and 1/2 years. He was facing the 3 strikes law and life in prison. No one understands the inner workings of the system. People get disappointed in their outcomes, but decisions are based on evidence against you. Mine was strong, yet he got me an incredible plea, serving only 8 months in jail, even though I had already 2 prison terms of more than 3.5 years under my ...belt, a walk away escape charge and near exact charges as ones that previously sent me to prison. Extremely disappointed in how my case was handled. Prior to taking in the case, Haddad was enthusiastic and sounded like he was ready to put up a good fight. He lost steam by my second court appearance and pressured me into signing the same deal I was offered by the public defender when we originally... discussed taking the case to trial. He was unwilling to look into options beyond signing a deal. There was definitely a lack of effort and the aggression I was hoping for and had heard about from so many others was nonexistent. I am beyond disappointed and recommend looking into different counsel.
