Kathleen is knowledgeable and brilliant attorney as well as an amazing and kind-hearted person. She understands how hard it can be for nurses who are facing challenging/difficult times during their careers especially with this ongoing pandemic. She handled my case with ease, where you felt as if she were saying "Don't worry, I got this!" and meant it. She had excellent communication with me and followed up with each aspect of my situation since day one to make sure she would produce a positive and fruitful outcome. Would highly recommend her to anyone. Thank you to Attorney Kathleen and her team!
I engaged Ms. Jones just days before important deadlines for obtaining documentation arrived. She made me aware of the deadlines and I was able to obtain and submit necessary paperwork in a timely fashion. All of my inquiries were promptly answered. She was thorough in her work and a successful outcome was achieved.

Kathleen Is Amazing
Have hired Kathleen twice now on 2 very complicated cases, and both times she has succeeded in getting me a positive outcome. She is extremely knowledgeable, and always fights for her clients. I would absolutely recommend her to any Nurse whose license is at risk!!!

Master Negotiator, Excellent Legal Mind
Kathleen is an amazing advocate and legal mind. She was "hope" in a near hopeless situation - she represented me in a Licensing Board matter where the Board overwhelming gathered biased information from individual's with "an axe" to grind. She was able to logically show the biases of the other parties and effectively showed the Board my side.

Best lawyers!
I was so fortunate to have Kathleen on my case. From the beginning she got all of the details, and worked quickly and thoroughly to come up with my defense. She showed compassion and was understanding of my situation. I took her as a recommendation and I couldn’t be happier with my choice. She writes so well! If you’re nervous about who to choose to defend you, know Kathleen will be the best!
