Jeffrey Myles Seiple

Mr. Seiple has a broad spectrum of practice experience that facilitates his ability to zealously represent community associations. He began his legal career litigating insurance defense matters. Mr. Seiple then focused his practice on construction defect litigation including drafting motions, attending court hearings, conducting depositions and managing all aspects of discovery. He counseled clients and interacted with opposing counsel regarding litigation issues and settlement and participated in settlement conferences and negotiations.

Mr. Seiple is a licensed Realtor where his experience includes all aspects of buying and selling homes. He has extensive experience in negotiating contract conditions, assisting with financing, refinancing and finalizing purchase contracts for both residential and commercial properties.

During law school, he served on the Student Bar Association as the Director of Activities and as a Class Representative. He was also the Rush Chair for Phi Alpha Delta.

He is married to Lisa Hendricks, who is also an attorney. In his spare time, Mr. Seiple enjoys cooking, reading, golf, soccer, hockey, lacrosse, football, and baseball.
