Mr Vecchio restored my credit rating after it was ruined by someone who had stolen my identity. The primary culprit was Bank of America, and the three credit reporting agencies. I was being harassed by B of A for $ 40,0000 in debt that I had no knowledge was charged against credit cards fraudulently ...opened.
