Raymond Michael Vecchio

Mr Vecchio restored my credit rating after it was ruined by someone who had stolen my identity. The primary culprit was Bank of America, and the three credit reporting agencies. I was being harassed by B of A for $ 40,0000 in debt that I had no knowledge was charged against credit cards fraudulently ...opened. Mr. Vecchio sued in Federal Court under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Those who supposedly knew said he would fail. They were wrong and he was right and all four Defendants capitulated and contributed to a substantial confidential settlement. The best aspect of the settlement was that my credit rating was restored to its previous excellent rating. Mr. Vecchio did the case on a contingent fee basis.
