Gina Marie Aguirre

I had spoken to several attorneys prior to selecting Ms. Aguirre to handle my child custody case, and I was taken aback by how detached, insensitive, and money-hungry they all were. All that they seemed to care about was securing a retainer even before they listened to the facts of my case; in fact..., most would not even let me have an initial conversation with them over the phone, but rather would require me to come into their office and pay for a consultation. Ms. Aguirre, on the other hand, was not only very empathetic and easy to talk to, but she also expressed a genuine concern for the well-being of my daughter and the outcome of my case. I appreciated the fact that she kept me informed of all aspects of my case and made sure that I was in agreement with each move before it was made. Most importantly, however, she was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and had a strong courtroom presence- it was evident that she was well-respected and well-liked by other attorneys and courtroom officials. Overall, I was more than pleased with my decision to have Ms. Aguirre represent me and the results I received were actually better than I had hoped for. I would definitely recommend her services and have since referred several friends and family members.

Ms.Aguirre is by far the most unprofessional attorney I have ever experienced. She shows up to court late delaying the courts time. She sends a message that she has no respect not only for the judge but for the law itself. Her grammer is terrible, she seems to use a lot of street slang in her court o...rders. She fumbles in court and doest even know how to properly serve and individual. She completely fouled up my case and had no idea how to handle family law. She continueously forgets documents and never follows up. I have to leave message after message just to get her on the phone. Please save your time and money. DO NOT WASTE YOR TIME OR MONEY.
