I’ve had a couple of attorneys represent me and consulted with quite a few others, and she has honestly been the best by far. Family law matters are stressful, especially when your children are involved, and having her by my side made such a difference. She has been incredibly supportive, responsi...ve, and diligent throughout my case. She listens, takes my concerns seriously, and makes time to answer my questions. Even during the most stressful moments, she helped me feel reassured and confident that someone was looking out for me and my children. What I appreciate most is that she is compassionate while also being strong and firm when needed. She pays attention to the details, puts in the work, and will stand up for you. I felt heard, supported, and comfortable speaking openly with her about the things that mattered most to my family. She is also absolutely worth the investment. Legal fees are a big commitment, but her dedication and the care she put into my case made me feel that my money was well spent. I was recommended to Gina by a family friend for my second go around in family court. My first experience I dealt with a money hungry lawyer that charged me for every waking minute, huge retainer fees, and inability to connect with me on a personal level. Gina was the COMPLETE opposite. She did not l...imit a consultation with me to 10-15 minutes like most lawyers, she took the time to make me feel comfortable and build a relationship with me before hand to understand the case and what she was taking on. She worked with me on the financial side of things knowing I'm a single mother with no financial support. She was ALWAYS available no matter the time of day, even on weekends and late nights to settle my nerves and answer my questions. She was prompt in everything she did for me and got things done no matter what it is that I was asking of her, she made it work. When it came to our time in court, she made me feel comfortable and calm that sense of anxiety you feel while in family court. She is compassionate and treats you like a human, rather than those other lawyers who see you as an easy way to rack up a couple grand on fees, constantly manipulating the situation knowing you're in a vulnerable spot. As long as Gina continues in this profession, I will recommend her to any and every person I come across because she's just that good! One of a kind. I had spoken to several attorneys prior to selecting Ms. Aguirre to handle my child custody case, and I was taken aback by how detached, insensitive, and money-hungry they all were. All that they seemed to care about was securing a retainer even before they listened to the facts of my case; in fact..., most would not even let me have an initial conversation with them over the phone, but rather would require me to come into their office and pay for a consultation. Ms. Aguirre, on the other hand, was not only very empathetic and easy to talk to, but she also expressed a genuine concern for the well-being of my daughter and the outcome of my case. I appreciated the fact that she kept me informed of all aspects of my case and made sure that I was in agreement with each move before it was made. Most importantly, however, she was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and had a strong courtroom presence- it was evident that she was well-respected and well-liked by other attorneys and courtroom officials. Overall, I was more than pleased with my decision to have Ms. Aguirre represent me and the results I received were actually better than I had hoped for. I would definitely recommend her services and have since referred several friends and family members.

Ms.Aguirre is by far the most unprofessional attorney I have ever experienced. She shows up to court late delaying the courts time. She sends a message that she has no respect not only for the judge but for the law itself. Her grammer is terrible, she seems to use a lot of street slang in her court o...rders. She fumbles in court and doest even know how to properly serve and individual. She completely fouled up my case and had no idea how to handle family law. She continueously forgets documents and never follows up. I have to leave message after message just to get her on the phone. Please save your time and money. DO NOT WASTE YOR TIME OR MONEY.
