I usually don't write reviews, but I cannot say enough GREAT things about Gina Aguirre. My family and I have used her on two different occasions and had Amazing results both times. Gina is no nonsense, goes to court and gets you the results you ask for. She takes time to listen to your individual sit...uation. She actually takes your calls and if she's busy she returns your call in a timely manner. Very knowledgeable in family law. I highly recommend her to anyone dealing with a family law case.

I had spoken to several attorneys prior to selecting Ms. Aguirre to handle my child custody case, and I was taken aback by how detached, insensitive, and money-hungry they all were. All that they seemed to care about was securing a retainer even before they listened to the facts of my case; in fact..., most would not even let me have an initial conversation with them over the phone, but rather would require me to come into their office and pay for a consultation. Ms. Aguirre, on the other hand, was not only very empathetic and easy to talk to, but she also expressed a genuine concern for the well-being of my daughter and the outcome of my case. I appreciated the fact that she kept me informed of all aspects of my case and made sure that I was in agreement with each move before it was made. Most importantly, however, she was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and had a strong courtroom presence- it was evident that she was well-respected and well-liked by other attorneys and courtroom officials. Overall, I was more than pleased with my decision to have Ms. Aguirre represent me and the results I received were actually better than I had hoped for.
