Hired him to read a real estate contract and tell me what was wrong with it. First meeting he let me know what I needed to change. Then charged me thousands to write a two page letter that had nothing to do with our meeting. Told him on our first meeting I had no intention to sue or go to court and ...was not asking for money. He continued to do unnecessary work that had nothing to do with what I wanted and charged me over $15000 in three months. Fired him and did it on my own.
