I hired Ms. Marroquin to help me with my Immigration case. She just took my money and kept charging me with out doing anything to help me. I hired her to help me with my process of applying for TPS protection. I wanted to travel in and out of the country she said would help and that never happene...d. I’m still waiting to travel. I was hoping that by talking to an immigration attorney I would able to resolve the issue. She also gave me the wrong advice as an attorney and only realized that until another attorney told me. I think MS. Marroquin is a very dishonest Attorney and would not recommend her..

Several months ago I hired Monica Marroquin to handle my case, like I said you get what you paid for. She has no clue what she is doing if she is losing a case she turns into a salty b*tch. I guess she has lost several cases, please google her name and review all the court cases against her f...rom disgruntled clients. She delayed my case for several months & over billed me. Then she never showed up to my hearing and sent another incompetent attorney from her office who was several hours late. Be very weary as she will over bill you for work she doesn't perform, eventually she will lose your case.

Motion to judgement was submitted late. When I hired the attorney I stated that I had 30 days to submit a motion to the judgement that I was served with in regards to child support. I followed up with the attorney's office a week prior to the 30th day and reminded them that paperwork was not comple...ted yet. I was called to sign the completed forms a day prior to the 30th day, and I was told that paperwork was going to be file with court via fax. In conclusion, paperwork was not file accordingly and child support started garnishments of my pay without giving me a chance to submit my motion. As a result, my original plans were changed and a new plan had to be created. When I confronted the attorney with this issues I was told that it was not their fault and that it was a court mistake. I seriously doubt that was the case because that same day I received a call from child support services stating that my pay was going to be garnished because the motion was not received. The motion was supposed to be file with Riverside County Court and with Child Support Services. I was referred by a family member who Ms. Marroquin had helped with his immigration case, but she did not meet my expectations. She worries more about her money that is due than to give her clients the proper direction/legal expertise to have a successful case.
