I spent 30k over two years and still do not have custody of my kids or child support. I only got a bifurcation because I had a fit that I had spent so much money and nothing to show for it. He had to do the bifurcation twice because the proper forms were not filled out the first time. Charges $500/...hour and that adds up really fast and when all is said and done NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE. I think all of these family law attorneys are in cahoots to cause inter fighting to string the case as long as possible. Do yourself a favor and before you both go bankrupt go to mediation services where you are equally represented by one person who helps you form an agreement. Nobody wins except the attorneys!

This attorney did not show up to court 4 times, sent someone else with no knowledge of case. I had to fill them in on what was going on. 1 of the times it was the night before court I got the call he would not be there and was on the phone 5 hours going over the case that I had already done with Don.... I was then charged for their time, that it took to give them that information. He would forget things we discussed and have his paralegal call me to go over the same thing. I would be charged again. He did not bring up things in court that should have been handled. We went to court 12 times just to get a restraining order. He over charges double charges and did not represent me well in court.
