Excellent Attorney for E-2 and EB-5 Visas

I was referred by my friend who hired Bobby for her E-2 Visa. She interviewed more than 20 lawyers (yes, that's true) before she hired Bobby. She recommended him to me and I was very impressed through the first phone call with him. Yes, she was right - this was proved by all the work he has done for ...my case.! I hired him a couple of months later for my E-2 Visa and he did an excellent job. He was very nice, thoughtful, detailed and also like to give recommendations for the best choices. I got my E-2 visa approved without any problem at all. He is also good for EB-5 Visas since my another friend got her EB-5 visa from an almost dead case processed by a different lawyer. His team is great too. The paralegal and secretary are all very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Bobby if you need to apply E-2 or EB-5 visa. He is so knowledgeable and sharp. Also, you'd better start the process with him at the very beginning which will make things easier.

A True E2 Visa Specialist, a Truly Amazing Experience!

Thanks Bobby, preparing for my E2 visa was really a smooth process. I decided to contact him after consulting several other Immigration Lawyers. None of them seemed to know so precisely every E2 visa steps. He told me how things would work from the very beginning. He gave me confidence as he explaine...d clearly and firmly each one of the E2 visa requirements. When I had the interview at the Embassy, the consular officer did not ask me anything regarding the paperwork. Bobby checked very carefully all the material I sent him, gave me good advice and very clear directions regarding the way I should present the information. He only filed my case when he was sure nothing was missing. For all the above, I highly recommend Bobby C. Chung. I’ll definitely work with him in the future again!

Highly Recommended!!

After consulting with 3 immigration attorneys, we chose Bobby. His knowledge and experience specifically with E2 Visas was far superior and he left us feeling confident in his ability to guide us thru the complexities of immigration. Throughout the process, Bobby gave detailed step by step instructio...n. He was very responsive to emails and phone calls and never failed to provide direct responses to our countless questions. Prior to interviewing at the US Embassy in Copenhagen, Bobby thoroughly prepared me on the type of questions to expect. I am confident that I would not have had this same experience with the other attorneys which we had initially consulted. Bobby is extremely knowledgable in immigration law and I highly recommend him. I look forward to working with him when it is time to renew my visa!

Outstanding service - highly recommended!

I hired Bobby Chung twice once in 2009 to get my original E-2 visa, and then again in 2012 to renew my E-2 visa. He did an outstanding job on both occasions, and I recommend him very highly. My background is as a CPA and ex Goldman Sachs director. I came across Bobby because I researched quite a ...few lawyers who I thought might be able to help me get a visa to run my business in the US. I contacted four, but Bobby’s web site appeared to be the most informative. I cannot remember who the other three were, but all four replied, and it became obvious quite quickly that Bobby had the actual experience rather than just theoretical knowledge. I hired Bobby to advise me on maximizing the probability of getting an E-2 business visa. However, before I hired him, we had an extensive discussion about which visa was best for me. At the start I was quite fee conscious, but after asking around, realised that he was in line with others – not the cheapest and not the most expensive. A few months later I started to become a lot less fee conscious because I realised that certain advice could make all the difference between getting and not getting my visa, and I had a lot more at stake than simply saving a few hundred dollars on lawyer fees. My experience of working with Bobby was a very good one. We did most things by email but a couple of times I needed urgent advice and he was available by phone. I would say that we developed a good professional relationship, although not so much a personal one. I am also in the business of dispensing expert advice to clients, and I found that he exceeded my expectations in the way that he dealt with me. Most of all, he knew what he was talking about and that is really why I would recommend him highly. He was always prompt with his responses, although on two occasions (out of perhaps 30 or 40?) he did not acknowledge receipt of my emails and I asked if he would always do this in future. He was fine about it and it improved my faith in him. As for the things I liked about his service, first and by far the most important was his expertise. He has been and done E-2 business visas with many other clients, and it shows. He thinks of things that you will never think of, and that is where his value is. You can see that he is applying his experience and lessons for your benefit. I thought he was a nice guy and I always enjoyed speaking to him. He was a good listener. He responded quickly. I guess that is about it. Not really sure if I have other comments. I think I have said everything in the email above. If you are a guy to whom getting the visa is not that big a deal, then you might want to go with someone cheap. No big deal if you do not get it. I had to get my visa and therefore I wanted someone who really knew what they were doing. I found his fees very fair, and view the money I spent as a fantastic investment. Even though I came across him by searching the internet, I am really glad that I did. If you want to know more, just email me back or call me on 775 230 4266. All the best of luck getting your visa!

"I have worked together with Bobby on many matters, with him handling the immigration side of things and me the business and corporate law. He is consistently a pleasure to work with and our mutual clients feel the same way. He is knowledgeable, experienced, and easy-going. He can communicate immigration law concepts in plain English (and apparently Mandarin and Cantonese, as well, not that I would understand!). I will continue to recommend him to clients with U.S. immigration law needs to him and his dedicated staff and look forward to collaborating with him for years to come."
