I just got my E2 investor visa, yeah! Attorney Chung and his team are very professional: 1. They are respectful, patient and polite. 2. Attorney Chung's instructions are very clear, he would tell you what you should and should not do. The laws are very strict so you have to be extremely careful..., you don't want to spend your investment expenditure and then be told that these items do not qualify for the visa. Attorney Chung's guidelines clearly stated what exactly you should pay attention to when you spend the money, for instance, all vouchers and receipts should bear the last 4 digits of your company's credit card number. You do need a professional attorney to give detailed instructions like these. 3. Attorney Chung responded to my email quickly. Although Attorney Chung and his the team are busy, they would reply my emails quickly. Their prompt response and clear explanations made the process less stressful. 4. They are very organised. The E2 investor application is very document extensive; the team made my company's complicated financial figures and tedious paperwork into some very neat and easy-to-read packages, I highly appreciate their work. 5. They are fast. My case was urgent and I need to get my visa within 3-4 months. Attorney Chung was very understanding; the team prioritised my case, reviewed all the paperwork and submitted the documents to the Consulate in less than 2 weeks. I got an interview soon after the submission. Despite the fact that they were working under pressure and time limit, they delivered highly professional work. 6.
